while am away…

  

be away for a week in preparation for twfs collection launches in april…really excited and hope to return with tons of goodies. show-casing the outfit that am wearing tomorrow! something which is suitable for cooler weather, and am so very glad that am finally able to put the timberland to good use…

so while am away, my mum is meeting up with one of my favourite heavenly kings, andy lau! wooohooo..am full of envy. and all this is happening because i have nominated my mum to be OSIM Super Mum! didn’t expect to be chosen but am absolutely delighted that she’s one of the 30 mums picked to see the celebrity up close. i share her excitement and so very much wish i could be there too…who wouldn’t?

and here’s my inspirational piece:

“without proper education & support from family, my mum raised 4 children, equipping each of us with education up to tertiary level. She took care of almost all family matters – both inside and out. Lots of hardship she endured, taking on 2-3 part time jobs at times just to make ends meet but never a word of complaint. I admire her strength and courage and wonder how many women can be the like of her in today’s society. She will always be my pillar of strength and whenever am going through some tough moments, I will look to her and tell myself, this is really nothing compared to what she had been through. always supportive, my mum has been my greatest inspiration in life and will always be.”
